Despite our best efforts—through ongoing product development and multiple ownership changes over the past eight-plus years — Concept Industries Ltd. (“Concept”) has made the difficult decision to exit the Agricultural and Commercial Smoothwall Bin and Fuel Tank markets.

Even during more favorable economic conditions, the persistent imbalance between rising costs (materials, manufacturing, and delivery) and market pricing has presented ongoing challenges. Additionally, contraction within the market has significantly influenced this course of action.

Please note that our organization will continue to operate with our current staff. However, we will be pivoting our manufacturing efforts to focus on non-storage-related products and non-agricultural industries and markets. Going forward, the business will operate under a new name: C20 Group Ltd.

We are also pleased to announce that Meridian Manufacturing Inc.  (“Meridian”) has acquired our Smoothwall product line assets (silos, bins, tanks, etc.) along with all associated intellectual property, designs, inventories and the Concept trade name. We anticipate that a representative from Meridian will reach out to you directly. We are confident that Meridian will continue to meet your storage needs with the high level of quality and integrity for which they are known.
